Glass Computer Desk Construction: Materials and Compartments

A glass computer desk can be used for both your laptop and desktop computer. The non-glass portions that support your computer are made of a stainless steel frame or coated steel. This not only makes the desk structurally strong, but also very light weight.

Your glass desk should come with a tray for your keyboard and space efficient shelves for your files, printer, and monitor. It is probably best to purchase a glass desk with a retractable keyboard tray, and with ability to store the computer processing unit under the tabletop. Additional shelving units for your printer or additional monitor may be mounted on your desk if you like. However, your desk will look much cleaner with little to no shelving units.
